Mango Sangria Tea Recipe

In our third part of the tea cocktail series we are focusing on a summer drink or cocktail, the Mango Sangria. This cocktail is perfect for hot summer days and can be prepared easily for larger parties ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Ingredients for the Mango Sangria (yields 10 glasses)

  • 4 tbsp of Mango and Friends tea steeped in 24 oz of water for 12 minutes. Cool down and use at room temperature.
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
  • 5-6 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup Cointreau, Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liquor
  • 1 bottle white wine

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

To serve, stir the ingredients in the pitcher, then pour over a glass of ice.
